Astera Health in Minnesota seeks a General Surgeon to join our surgical and clinical teams. Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery, with strong teamwork, to provide high-quality patient care in a state-of-the-art facility.

We offer a 4-day work week with a 50/50 clinic/OR split, competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and work-life balance. Call coverage is shared, and opportunities to grow the practice exist.

Formación

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery.
• Good rapport with colleagues and collaboration with surgical team.
• Opportunity to build and grow practice.

Responsabilidades

• Perform general surgical procedures including appendectomies, hernia repairs, cancer surgeries.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Manage clinics and OR scheduling to balance patient care and education.
