Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. supports over 650 affiliated dental practices and is seeking a dentist to join a Sandusky, Ohio area practice. You will deliver patient-centered care with clinical autonomy while receiving operational and clinical support from a national network.

You’ll have access to ongoing CE, mentorship, and collaboration with experienced colleagues to grow your patient relationships and provide high-quality care. An active US license is required.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD with licensure in the United States.
• Active state license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Current CPR certification.
• Active DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered dental care while practicing at the top of your license.
• Conduct thorough examinations, diagnose oral health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Clearly communicate treatment recommendations and help patients understand their options.
• Build trusting, long-term relationships with patients and their families.
• Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants and other providers to deliver coordinated care.
• Lead and empower your clinical team through effective communication, delegation and daily team huddles.
• Stay current with advances in dentistry, technology and evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Maintain the highest standards of clinical ethics, patient safety, confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
