Job summary

Midwest Dental is seeking a DDS or DMD to join an established practice with strong patient demand and a collaborative clinical team. You’ll deliver exceptional patient care with modern technology and receive mentorship and operational support to focus on dentistry.

Earn up to $300,000+ per year, plus a $40,000 signing bonus. Benefits include comprehensive malpractice coverage, CE opportunities, and a supportive environment that promotes autonomy while complying with all state regulations.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school.
• Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process of obtaining).
• Controlled Substance License (if required by the state).
• Legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day with purpose – kick off each morning with a team huddle to create alignment for the day.
• Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support.
• Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Empower your team – delegate effectively to team members so you can maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.
