Job summary

Mondovi Dental is seeking a dentist to lead a team with clinical autonomy, backed by Smile Brands. You’ll build patient relationships, perform comprehensive exams, and communicate individualized treatment plans while supervising staff to maximize efficiency in a supportive environment.

Requirements include a DDS/DMD, active US licensure, CPR, and DEA permission (or in process). Sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school.
• Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process of obtaining).
• Controlled Substance License (if required by the state)
• Legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day with purpose - kick off each morning with a team huddle to create alignment for the day.
• Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support.
• Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.
