Job summary

Bear Robotics is seeking a Technical Account Manager / Technical Project Manager to own end-to-end unmanned forklift deployments and serve as the primary technical liaison between Korea-based engineering and North American field teams.

You will lead kickoff through completion reporting, coordinating with customers, SI partners, development and sales teams, and ODM vendors, including extended on-site assignments across the U.S. and NA regions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of PM experience in SI or logistics automation.
• Experience leading full project lifecycles from kickoff to completion.
• Experience with unmanned forklifts or AMR/AGV deployments.
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for unmanned forklift deployments.
• Coordinate with customers, SI partners, and ODM vendors to meet timelines.
• Manage on-site deployment activities, including 2+ month on-site assignments.
• Analyze requirements, develop WBS, and create deployment schedules.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive improvements.
