You will conduct user research, facilitate design planning with our Salesforce PgM and external developers, and drive change management to ensure smooth adoption of the new tooling.

The role emphasizes collaboration across cross-functional teams, practical product delivery, and stakeholder engagement, with an eye toward scalable solutions and reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Salesforce design and admin workflows.
• Proven program management experience in product or tech teams.
• Experience in AV or technical startup environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• User Research: understanding cross-functional needs for a central tool and integrations.
• Design: planning and design for user needs with PgM and external developers.
• Change Management: lead feedback sessions and user adoption of the new tooling.
