Job summary

Colonial Healthcare in Sumter, South Carolina, part of Optum, seeks a Family Medicine Physician for a full-time, on-site role. You will deliver comprehensive outpatient care, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans within a supportive, physician-led environment.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and board certification in family medicine.
• Active South Carolina medical license or willingness to obtain one.
• Current DEA certificate to prescribe controlled substances.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications for charting and administration.
