Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O.
• Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Active South Carolina medical license or willingness to obtain.
• Current DEA certification
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients and families on health and wellness
• Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services
• Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and care standards
