Job summary

Bushman Construction Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Site Manager to join our Chicago-based team and lead commercial construction projects across the United States.

This role offers autonomy, taking ownership of estimating through closeout, with travel up to 40%. Candidates should have strong estimating, scheduling, and client-relations skills to succeed in a small, experienced team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience in project management, field management, estimating, or a combination.
• Ability to independently manage projects from start to finish and bid commercial projects.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage one or more commercial construction projects from estimating through field execution and closeout.
• Travel to project locations and provide on-site leadership as required.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, schedules, deliveries, and inspections; monitor progress, quality, and safety.
