Sterling Placements represents a Bay Area real estate builder seeking an experienced Project Manager for 3–6 concurrent commercial office projects from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll own budgets, schedules, quality, and safety while coordinating with leadership and site teams, with a mix of Palo Alto office time and active jobsites.

You will review drawings, manage subcontracts and procurement, oversee permits and inspections, and drive RFIs, change orders, and closeout activities,

Formación

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience
• 3+ years as PM or senior Project Engineer
• Tenant-improvement/project experience in commercial offices
• Proficiency with contracts and change management
• Ability to read architectural/structural/civil/MEP drawings
• Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and Excel
• Valid California driver’s license

Responsabilidades

• Review drawings and bid/award subcontracts
• Build schedules, budgets, and procurement logs
• Coordinate permits and inspections across multiple jurisdictions
• Run OAC meetings and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders
• Manage cost forecasts and monthly pay apps
• Collaborate with superintendents, tenants, and property managers
• Ensure site safety per Cal/OSHA, Title 24, ADA/CBC
• Drive punch lists, inspections and closeout documents
