Job summary

PassiveLogic is seeking an Autonomous Buildings Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and deployment of our autonomous building technology across partner sites in the EU and beyond. You will collaborate with partners, contractors, end-users, and internal teams to drive seamless integration of PassiveLogic solutions.

This role requires deep expertise in building controls, strong communication, and a willingness to travel to deploy projects, contributing to sustainable urban environments

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commissioning/technology deployments or EU construction project management (buildings/CRE/HVAC)
• Advanced understanding of building controls systems
• Sales technical support experience—assisting partners and clients in planning, engineering, and execution

Responsibilities

• Oversee building controls integration and on-site execution, aligning with design specs.
• Manage sales application support and engineering with end-users, VARs, MSIs, and contractors.
• Act as a feedback loop to share insights with leadership to improve deployment strategies.
• Ensure seamless project execution by coordinating timelines and site activities while addressing challenges.
