Job summary

PassiveLogic is seeking a Technical Solution Architect to lead the design of autonomous building control solutions for its German market expansion. You will sit with customers, understand their buildings and goals, and define the high-level control philosophy before implementation.

You will bridge customers, sales, Digital Twin engineering, and commissioning, shaping the overall architecture and deployment standards across projects.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in commercial HVAC systems and BAS/BMS design.
• Experience translating customer goals into high-level control architectures.
• Proven ability to work with building owners, consulting engineers, and facility operators.
• Familiarity with building integration standards (BACnet/Modbus/LonWorks).

Responsibilities

• Lead technical solution design from discovery through deployment.
• Define high-level control strategy and architecture for autonomous operation.
• Develop Digital Twin requirements with engineers.
• Lead technical workshops with customers during pre-sales and projects.
• Support deployment and commissioning with engineering teams.
