Job summary

Headway ABA in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time or full-time, on-site/hybrid role. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, oversee ABA therapy implementation, and train and support staff.

The position involves collaborating with families for education, maintaining open communication, and continuously monitoring client progress to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• BCBA certification and active state licensure/certification.
• Experience with FBAs and skill assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, Socially Savvy).

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee ABA therapy implementation and supervise staff (RBTs/technicians).
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to provide education and maintain open communication.
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans based on data.
