Job summary

Qualifications

• Active state license as APRN or PA in Texas.
• Board certification (NCCPA for PA or Texas NP) and prescriptive authority.

Responsibilities

• Conducts initial and follow-up physical examinations for Bariatric/Foregut patients.
• Coordinate care with surgeons, dietitians, and multidisciplinary team.
• Pre- and post-operative planning, care coordination, and documentation.
• Support quality initiatives and clinical research protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
