Job summary

Rock Solid Physical Therapy and Performance is seeking an athletic trainer for a school-based role at a Milwaukee-area high school. The position offers 20-25 hours weekly with the potential for commission-based earnings beyond school responsibilities, including personal training and community event coverage.

Qualifications

• BOC-certified Athletic Trainer credential mandatory.
• Wisconsin state licensure eligibility required.
• Strong communication and teamwork in multidisciplinary clinics.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-campus coverage for Milwaukee-area high school events and practices.
• Coordinate weekly schedules with athletic director and coaches.
• Pursue 1-on-1 or small group performance training with clinic support.
• Conduct in-clinic testing including VO2 Max and VitaScore testing.
• Own time and autonomy in scheduling and workflow.
