Job summary

Pyka is seeking an Integration Technician to perform full aircraft integration for our autonomous electric aircraft. You will install avionics, electrical systems, plumbing, harnesses, decals, servos, landing gear, brakes, and sensors while coordinating with engineering and maintenance teams.

You will test components, follow detailed instructions, and help create assembly docs and test reports. This on-site role requires lifting, communication, and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Hands-on build/assembly or repair experience in technical environments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in building and troubleshooting systems.
• Proficient with hand/power tools and precise assembly.
• Ability to follow drawings, instructions, and processes with detail.
• Collaborates with engineers to troubleshoot and develop solutions.
• Organized and adaptable in a prototyping environment.
• Comfortable in active shop with PPE and manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-vehicle integration by installing avionics, electrical connections, spray plumbing, wiring, decals, servos, landing gear, brakes, and sensors.
• Assemble and test mechanical/electrical components with engineers to meet specs.
• Create and improve technical documentation, assembly instructions, and test reports.
• Troubleshoot issues on new and existing systems and prototype production aircraft.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean safe work environment.
• Order and manage shop supplies; coordinate with Inventory for parts availability.
