Pyka is seeking an Integration Technician to lead full-vehicle integration of autonomous electric aircraft. You will install avionics, electrical connections, spray plumbing, harness routing, decals, servos, landing gear, brakes, and sensors while coordinating with engineering and maintenance teams.

The role requires hands-on experience in technical builds, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to follow rigorous instructions in a fast-paced shop environment.

Formación

• Hands-on experience in a technical build, assembly, maintenance, or repair environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in building and troubleshooting physical systems.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools and precise assembly work safely.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and drawings with attention to detail.
• Collaborates with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and solve problems.
• Strong communication and team-oriented approach.
• Ability to stay organized as priorities and designs evolve in prototyping.
• Comfortable in an active shop with PPE and manual dexterity.

Responsabilidades

• Aircraft Systems Integration: install avionics, electrical connections, harness routing, decals, servos, landing gear, brakes, and sensors.
• Component Testing & Assembly: assemble and test mechanical/electrical components under engineer guidance.
• Documentation & Continuous Improvement: create and improve assembly instructions and test reports.
• Troubleshooting & Prototyping: diagnose issues and build prototypes with designers.
• Tool & Workstation Maintenance: keep tools, equipment, and workspace clean and safe.
• Inventory & Supply Collaboration: manage parts availability with Inventory to maintain production flow.
