Qualifications
- Experience designing AI-powered workplace automation solutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI.
- Develop AI agents and agentic AI capabilities for autonomous IT tasks.
- Strong integration skills with ITSM, collaboration tools and enterprise apps.
- Experience building automations with Power Platform and REST APIs.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-powered workplace automation solutions.
- Develop intelligent virtual assistants, chatbots, and AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI.
- Build Agentic AI workflows for autonomous task execution and IT support automation.
- Integrate AI solutions with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) and enterprise apps.
- Develop APIs/connectors for data exchange and orchestration.
