The Intersect Group is seeking an AI Automation Engineer in Fort Wayne, IN to design and implement automation solutions across Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, Power BI, and related services. You will build scalable workflows, integrate with enterprise systems, and support AI agent engineering across development and production environments.

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or Engineering or equivalent.
3+ years designing and implementing automation or application solutions.
Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or conversational AI technologies.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or enterprise analytics platforms.
Experience integrating business applications through APIs, connectors, or automation platforms.
Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies.
Build scalable automation workflows that integrate with internal and external systems.
Design, configure, test, and deploy AI agents and copilots.
