Qualifications

• Proven research experience in academia, open-source, or startup environments.
• Strong programming skills in Python, PyTorch, and TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, transformers and generative modelling.
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning algorithms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and build new AI agents to automate key security operations
• Refine and retrain existing agents to improve precision, recall, and autonomy
• Build performance evaluation pipelines and metrics frameworks for agent benchmarking
• Implement advanced reinforcement learning algorithms to drive decision-making
• Track and evaluate emerging AI research for pragmatic implementation
• Contribute across the software stack as needed in a hybrid research-engineering role
