Job summary

Horizon3 is seeking an AI Researcher to build agents that translate offensive knowledge into defensive action. You will implement reasoning from attack paths to control changes, validate fixes in customer environments, and ensure production-grade reliability with safety and audit trails.

The role focuses on opening-loop defense at enterprise scale, using ML engineering, transformer models, and PyTorch to deliver measurable improvements in security posture.

Qualifications

• Strong ML engineering experience building, evaluating, and deploying production AI systems.
• Hands-on work with deep learning, transformer models, and PyTorch.
• Experience building evaluation systems for open-ended tasks.

Responsibilities

• Build agents that map attack paths to applicable control changes.
• Turn pentest data into training and evaluation data.
• Design counterfactual experiments in representative test environments.
• Oversee safety architecture for autonomous changes and audit trails.
• Collaborate with attack/detection engineers, product and infra teams.
• Own problems end to end in a high-stakes production context.
