Job summary

Kavaliro seeks an innovative Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI systems that reason, plan, and execute tasks. You will build AI agents powered by LLMs, integrate them with enterprise apps, and create intelligent workflows to drive efficiency and business value.

Ideal candidates have experience with AI/ML technologies, cloud platforms, and agent frameworks such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/AI or related field.
• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years developing AI/ML or intelligent automation solutions.
• Experience with Python, C#, JavaScript, or other modern languages.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop autonomous AI agents for multi-step reasoning and execution.
• Build AI-driven workflows integrating with enterprise applications and data sources.
• Develop RAG solutions using structured and unstructured data.
• Engineer prompts, memory, planning, and tool-use for agents.
• Integrate AI agents with Microsoft 365, Azure services, and third-party apps.
• Create evaluation frameworks to measure performance and business impact.
• Develop secure, scalable AI solutions following governance and security standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI automation opportunities.
• Monitor system performance and optimize models, prompts, and workflows.
• Stay current with trends in generative and enterprise AI platforms.
