Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field; graduate degree preferred.
• 2 years of experience developing high-performance ML systems and training DNNs for perception tasks on large datasets.
• Strong Python plus PyTorch/TensorFlow skills.
• Solid grasp of vision and deep learning fundamentals.
• Strong communication to work with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize CVML models and training pipelines for perception tasks (segmentation, depth estimation).
• Own the full ML lifecycle from prototyping to production-scale deployment on edge and cloud systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate perception models into the autonomous tractor project.
• Evaluate and improve model performance via rigorous metrics analysis on large-scale datasets.
• Advance autonomous agriculture by applying CV and ML techniques to real-world farming challenges.
