Job summary

Atlantic Motorcar Center in Maine seeks a Shop Foreman and Training Manager to mentor and develop teammates on current skills and new technologies through our in-house program. Ideal candidates combine solid automotive mechanical skills with leadership, organization, and a passion for teaching.

You will work closely with the owner and Leadership Team to drive service excellence and growth across our two state-of-the-art facilities.

You have experienced, solid A technician automotive mechanical skills, and speak and think in the language of Pico scopes, ECU coding, and diagnostic test plans.

We're looking for an engaged and dynamic new team member to join us as Shop Foreman and Training Manager to mentor and develop new and existing team members on current skills and new technologies via our in-house training program.

You'll work closely with our owner and Leadership Team as we position our company for the future. Solid mechanical and technical skills, a sincere interest in helping others, proven organizational abilities backed up by an interest in new technology coming to our profession, and a can-do mindset are key.
