Job summary

Team Velocity Marketing, LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Website Performance Manager to own the website relationship for automotive dealer clients. You will drive proactive website strategy, respond quickly to inquiries, and pursue revenue and non-revenue generating enhancements.

The ideal candidate has automotive digital marketing/agency/retail management experience with dealership operations knowledge and website strategy expertise.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 2–3 years' progressive automotive digital strategy and/or automotive retail management experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of dealership operations and ability to work with all levels within the dealership.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategy for websites and advertising (SEM, display, SEO, Google Ads, Bing).
• Google certifications (Ads, Analytics, Video, Mobile, etc.).
• Strong written, verbal, and phone communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, team player with high energy.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, website strategy and analytics tools.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients and ensure customers’ needs drive priorities.
• Responsible for a full and/or complex account load.
• Speak with customers to understand user problems and triage bugs and issues.
• Execute monthly reporting with your customer including KPIs, GA, SEO, and priorities.
• Assess and present new feature requests to leadership.
• Communicate priorities, timelines, and guidance to customers.
• Leverage Salesforce to create product backlogs, track cases, and monitor efficiency.
• Drive portfolio growth via upsell, expansion and upgrades to increase LTV.
• Maintain external client retention by managing accounts within portfolio.
• Coordinate with inter-departmental divisions to support reactive and proactive service.
• Provide recommendations on site performance and enhancements.
