Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and track manufacturer warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner.
• Review repair orders to ensure proper documentation, coding, and compliance with warranty requirements.
• Communicate with manufacturers regarding claim approvals, rejections, and adjustments.
• Work with Service Advisors and technicians to obtain necessary supporting documentation.
• Monitor outstanding claims and follow up to ensure timely resolution and payment.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical warranty records.
• Reconcile warranty receivables and assist with monthly reporting.
• Stay current on manufacturer warranty policies, updates, and procedural changes.
• Assist with audits by providing required documentation and clarification.
• Identify and correct errors in warranty submissions to reduce claim rejections.
• Support service department administrative needs as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and OEM guidelines.
