Job summary

The role requires high school diploma, automotive warranty experience preferred, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and dealership software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
• Experience in automotive warranty administration or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management software.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Ford warranty policies and procedures is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process and submit warranty claims to manufacturers accurately and in a timely manner.
• Review warranty documentation and ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Communicate with service technicians, parts department, and manufacturers to resolve warranty discrepancies.
• Track and follow up on outstanding warranty claims to ensure prompt payment.
• Maintain and update warranty records and reports.
• Assist in training service staff on warranty procedures and requirements.
• Support the service department with administrative tasks as needed.
