The role focuses on automotive extended warranty claims, with responsibilities spanning review, verification, and determination of coverage, plus collaboration with internal and external partners to resolve issues.

You will ensure compliance with policies and industry regulations while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive claims administration.
• Experience with automotive extended warranty claims.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, components, and repair processes.
• Familiarity with warranty regulations and best practices in automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Review and evaluate automotive extended warranty claims submitted by customers, dealerships, and repair facilities.
• Verify claim information, including coverage, eligibility, and supporting documentation.
• Conduct investigations to determine claim validity and contract coverage.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external parties to resolve claim issues.
• Ensure compliance with guidelines, regulations, and legal requirements.
