Experis Technology Group in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking an Automotive Validation Program Manager to lead end-to-end ECU and property readiness, validation planning, and execution. You will develop the Design Validation Plan (DVP) and validation roadmaps, coordinating across engineering, manufacturing, and quality to ensure inputs, timing, and costs align with targets.

You will manage budgets and resources, track KPIs, lead reviews, and drive issue escalation and resolution.

• Proven program management experience leading validation programs.
• Hands-on experience developing and managing DVPs and roadmaps.
• Leadership coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and closure of actions.
• Budget management experience supporting validation execution and resources.
• Strong stakeholder management for readiness, reviews, and escalations.
