In this leadership role you will manage inventory, pricing, and merchandising, while building strong relationships with customers, vendors, and finance partners. Experience with Tekion is preferred and regulatory compliance is required.

• Manage inventory acquisition, pricing, and merchandising to maximize sales and profitability.
• Appraisals, trade walks, and desking on every used car deal.
• Merchandising – photos, descriptions, and turn on every listing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, used car vendors, and finance partners.
• Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive in the used car market.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance dealership performance, including reconditioning and cost control with the Service team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive used car management or sales, preferably in a leadership role, preferably 3+ years of dealership experience
• Strong understanding of used car inventory management, pricing strategies, and sales techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions.High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
• Proficient with automotive software and tools. We are currently using Tekion
• Valid driver's license.
