Qualifications

• Extensive experience with non-destructive structural testing.
• Knowledge of sheet metal processing and data processing.
• Certified Radiographic Interpreter preferred.
• Certified Welding Inspector preferred.
• Previous spot-welding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify spot welded joints of the entire vehicle body per quality standards.
• Inspect and verify stud presence, location, and torque welded to the body per quality standards.
• Inspect and verify MIG/MAG welds of the entire body per quality standards.
• Inspect and verify sealer/adhesive of the entire body per quality standards.
• Inspect and verify laser welds/laser brazing of the entire body per quality standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure proper function of ultrasonic device.
