Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of professional automotive technician experience.
• Transmission technician experience required.
• Ford dealership experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Valid driver's license.
• Customer-focused and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including transmissions, engines, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes and HVAC.
• Perform repairs according to Ford and dealership standards.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and special service tools.
• Test-drive vehicles to verify repairs and diagnose concerns.
• Perform transmission diagnostics, repairs, rebuilds, and replacements.
• Communicate repair recommendations with Service Advisors.
• Provide accurate repair timelines and repair documentation.
• Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
• Collaborate with Parts Department to ensure timely repairs.
• Maintain productivity while delivering high-quality workmanship.
