You will handle on-site cash transactions, verify disbursements, and process out-of-state titles while ensuring compliance and timely processing. Strong Excel/MS Office skills and customer-facing communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of titling experience required.
• Dealership experience highly preferred.
• Reliable, punctual and dependable attendance.
• Ability to prioritize and adhere to regulatory and internal deadlines.
• Ability to use Excel and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational skills and time management.

Responsibilities

• Handle title and registration tasks in compliance with state and local laws.
• Assist with on-site cash receipts and balancing daily deposits.
• Process deals in/out of state, including titling paperwork and disbursements.
• Prepare and review journal entries and general ledger activity.
• Scan documents for processing and maintain accurate records.
• Resolve title-related issues and reconciliations as needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, or in person.
