Grubbs Automotive is seeking a detail-oriented Title Clerk to join our team. You will process vehicle titles and registrations with accuracy, ensuring DMV compliance across states.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education preferred.
• Minimum of one year of Title Clerk experience in an automotive dealership.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Tekion and webDEALER preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Professional, dependable, and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process all registrations for new, retail, and leased vehicles.
• Handle payoffs and follow up with lienholders.
• Examine vehicle titles for accuracy and compliance with requirements.
• Verify, allocate, and post transactions into proper accounting journals.
• Review and clean TTL payoff schedules.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
