Qualifications

• Automotive title clerk or DMV/registration experience required.

Responsibilities

• Process titles, registrations, and tax/title paperwork for new and used deals.
• Submit and track title work with state agencies and lienholders.
• Verify documents for accuracy before processing.
• Maintain organized title records and follow up on outstanding items.
• Resolve title issues and communicate with sales, customers, and lenders.
• Process out-of-state titles correctly and on time.
• Ensure compliance with Texas titling laws, fees, and timelines.
