Job summary

ADESA, a Carvana-owned company, seeks a Title Administrator to process automotive titles in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment at our Boise operation. You will greet visitors, assist front-counter customers, and verify title documents in line with state rules.

Key duties include reviewing titles for accuracy, calculating fees, submitting duplicate requests, and updating internal databases. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED preferred.
Notary certification preferred.
Active DMV certification for Title processing may be required depending on location.
1 year of automotive title experience, typically from an auction, dealership, or DMV.
Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact to onsite visitors (customers, vendors, etc.).
Assist front counter customers, primarily for title needs.
Accept, review, and analyze titles for accuracy and completeness.
Apply knowledge of local DMV rules, regulations, and fees for title processing.
Calculate estimated fees for title processes.
Complete titles for transfers between buyers and sellers.
Submit requests for duplicate titles or other documents.
Verify information in internal databases and title paperwork.
Enter and update information in internal systems.
Process payments (no cash handling).
Maintain a filing system for titles and documents.
Run and review reports and title lists to identify issues.
Answer phones professionally and make outbound calls regarding payments.
