Job summary
Greensboro Auto Auction Classic Cars is seeking an Automotive Title Clerk to join our team in Greensboro, NC. This full-time role requires meticulous detail, strong DMV/title knowledge, and a customer-service mindset to support title-related transactions for dealer clients.
You will process legal documents, enter data accurately, maintain records, and collaborate with staff to prepare auction events. Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with occasional overtime; benefits include health insurance, dental,
Qualifications
- prior titleprocessing experience is required (DMV or automotive dealership/industry preferred)
- in-depth knowledge ofDMV procedures and title transfers
- strong customer service and communication skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Office is a plus
- able to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- self motivated and team oriented
- must have a current North Carolina notary public
Responsibilities
- responsible for processing legal documents related to vehicle sale transactions
- comprehensive knowledgeof DMV procedures regarding transfer of vehicle titles
- provide exceptional support to customers with title questions or issues
- enter information into computer systems accurately and efficiently
- maintain precise records
- collaborate with team members to prepare and finalize auction events
