Job summary

Vitu is seeking an Automotive Title & Registration Supervisor to oversee the South Carolina audit team in Irmo. This onsite role focuses on auditing dealer paperwork for DMV compliance, maintaining schedules, and guiding a team to achieve timely, accurate results.

You will mentor staff, handle dealer inquiries, and help drive accurate title and registration workflows in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Prefer 2–3 years of supervisory experience.
• Automotive Industry knowledge is a plus.
• Must be creative and able to offer suggestions to achieve results.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Team player, self-motivated, career oriented, with growth mindset.
• Maintain awareness of industry business trends.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit dealer paperwork to ensure DMV compliance.
• Maintain the weekly office schedule to meet DMV timelines.
• Manage and review direct reports’ time cards and requests for accuracy.
• Handle dealer support calls and chats as needed.
• Supervise, train, and mentor team members for growth.
