Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of automotive title work experience.
• Must be a motivated team player with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process new and used vehicle sales transactions and verify information for the accounting department.
• Prepare legal title transfer documents for the DMV.
• Identify deficiencies in title work and escalate to the Director.
• Assist with warranty administration, accounts payable/receivable and other clerical duties.
• Collaborate with showroom staff; maintain teamwork and cross-training.
