Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of office clerical work in an automotive dealership is preferred.
• Strong typing and documentation skills are essential.
• Good verbal and written communication is important for this role.
• Dependability and accuracy are critical for processing title documents.

Responsibilities

• Process new and used vehicles for registration in the appropriate state.
• Handle CVR process for vehicle purchases.
• Prepare tax and title documents for DMV submission.
• Submit all title work to DMV and verify lienholder payments.
• Ensure accuracy of applications and complete information.
• Prepare payoff checks for new vehicles and trades.
• Post vehicle sales, purchases, and warranty contracts.
• Maintain title compliance and periodic reporting to management.
