LaFontaine Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Biller / Title Clerk to process dealer deals, register vehicles, and prepare required DMV documents. This role ensures accuracy in tax/title transfers and maintains comprehensive title records across multiple Michigan locations.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma, clerical experience in an automotive setting, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to handle calls and data entry accurately.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
• Reliable and detail-oriented with strong organizational habits.

Responsibilities

• Process new and used vehicle registrations for title transfer.
• Handle CVR process for vehicle purchases.
• Prepare tax and title documents and submit to DMV.
• Verify funds and pay off liens before title processing.
• Post vehicle transactions and maintain title records and reports.
