Job summary

Qualifications

Pay: $22 – $25/hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Process and verify all paperwork required for vehicle titling and registration for new, used, wholesale, and dealer trade transactions
  
• Accurately submit title documents through Web Dealer and ensure timely completion of all DMV-related tasks
  
• Review titling schedules weekly and make corrections or issue refunds as needed
  
• Track incoming titles and research any missing or delayed titles
  
• Maintain compliance with state and federal title regulations and documentation requirements
  
• Provide administrative and accounting support to management and other departments as needed
  
• Maintain confidentiality of all financial and customer information
  
• Assist with general dealership accounting duties when required
  

Requirements

• Assist with general dealership accounting duties when required
• 3-5 years of automotive title clerk experience required
• Web Dealer experience required
• Reynolds and Reynolds experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent (some college coursework in Accounting or Finance preferred)
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
