Job summary

Stokes Automotive Group is seeking a detail-oriented title/billing clerk to manage vehicle registrations and title processing for new and used vehicles. The role requires careful verification of funds, lien payoffs, and accurate filing of title paperwork.

Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds is a plus, and prior title/billing clerk experience is essential. The position is full-time with standard weekday hours from 8:30 to 5:30.

Qualifications

• Must have previous title experience/billing clerk experience.
• Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled
• Verifies that funds have been collected and correct lien holder paid off before processing title application
• Prepares payoff checks for trade-ins
• Bill out Dealer Trades and Wholesales, send out and collect titles and funds.
• Reassign and track all titles, make sure all paperwork is filled in correctly.
• Post vehicle purchases daily, make sure all documents for deal are signed and completed correctly.
