Job summary

Stokes Automotive Group in Beaufort, SC is seeking a full-time billing/title clerk to process registrations for new and used vehicles and ensure lien payoffs and funds are correctly handled. You will prepare payoff checks, bill dealer trades, and manage title flow with accuracy.

Responsibilities include reassigning and tracking titles, ensuring paperwork is complete, and posting daily vehicle purchases with signed deal documents. Experience in title processing is required.

Qualifications

• Must have previous title experience/billing clerk experience.
• Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled
• Verifies that funds have been collected and correct lien holder paid off before processing title application
• Prepares payoff checks for trade-ins
• Bill out Dealer Trades and Wholesales, send out and collect titles and funds.
• Reassign and track all titles, make sure all paperwork is filled in correctly.
• Post vehicle purchases daily, make sure all documents for deal are signed and completed correctly.
