Job summary

Stokes Honda Cars of Beaufort is seeking a detail-oriented title/billing clerk to support vehicle registrations in South Carolina. The role requires prior title or billing clerk experience and familiarity with Reynolds & Reynolds software.

This is a full-time position with standard weekday hours. Ideal candidates will accurately process registrations, verify funds, prepare payoff checks for trade-ins, and ensure all title paperwork and documentation are complete and correct.

Qualifications

• Must have previous title experience or billing clerk experience.
• Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled.
• Verifies that funds have been collected and correct lien holder paid off before processing title application.
• Prepares payoff checks for trade-ins.
• Bill out Dealer Trades and Wholesales, send out and collect titles and funds.
• Reassign and track all titles, make sure all paperwork is filled in correctly.
• Post vehicle purchases daily, make sure all documents for deal are signed and completed correctly.
