Empire Automotive Group's Metro locations are seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Biller / Title Clerk Floater to join our growing team. This role provides backup coverage across dealer networks and supports multiple teams, handling titles, registrations, and DMV-related tasks with accuracy.

You will manage logs, process billings, track title work, and assist with administrative duties, contributing to smooth operations and high customer satisfaction across Nassau, Suffolk, Queens, Brooklyn,

Qualifications

• Experience handling titles, registrations, and lienholder documents accurately.
• Familiarity with DMV regulations and state title rules.
• Experience reviewing deal jackets for completeness and compliance.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask across locations.

Responsabilités

• Process billing for deliveries, wholesales, and dealer trades including DMV work.
• Maintain temporary tag logs and manage plates, in-transit permits, and related inventory.
• Track and maintain all outstanding title work and verify out-of-state titles.
• Record break-downs of deals/payoffs in the DMS and report rebates when required.
• Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed.
