Responsibilities

• Provide fast and friendly customer service in the service area.
• Handle complaints courteously and per company policy.
• Inspect vehicles and promote needed products and services.
• Explain benefits, promotions and use suggestive selling techniques.
• Prepare sales documentation such as warranties and service agreements.
• Record tire sales and manage transactions accurately.
• Assist store operations with opening/closing tasks and inventory.
• Protect assets by cleaning, maintaining, and storing tools.
• Stock shelves and check in vendors and merchandise.
• Train new employees as needed and complete required training.
