Job summary

Tire Source is hiring a full-time Sales Team Member in NE Ohio. You will provide outstanding customer service, generate in-store and small- to medium-sized phone sales, and explain tire products and automotive services.

You’ll collaborate with the Service Department on inspection results and create estimates, with ongoing training to advance in the automotive industry. The role offers a flexible schedule, opportunities for advancement, and training opportunities as part of a growing tire and

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Proven sales experience in tires or automotive service is preferred.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service
• Generate sales in store and over the phone
• Explain the features and benefits of multiple tire products, tire related services and automotive services
• Partner with Service Department on vehicle maintenance inspection results
• Recommend services and create estimates based on inspections performed
• A mindset to continuously learn new technical information in order to stay on top of the rapidly changing automotive industry
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
• Have a positive attitude and be team-oriented
• Job training (ASE, etc.)

Qualifications and Skills

• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Proven sales experience in tires and complete car care
