Job Description

As an Automotive Tire & Service Advisor, you will gain hands-on experience in a Just Tires center by engaging with guests and delivering outstanding service. You will learn about quality, sales, and profitability while working in a team environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Drive sales and profitability by selling tires and automotive services, communicating benefits effectively
• Build guest relationships and ensure satisfaction by understanding their needs
• Communicate advertising, promotions, warranties, and product features clearly
• Manage guest interactions from check-in to checkout, including scheduling and estimating time requirements
• Assist with promotional merchandising and special events
• Use provided tools to make recommendations based on manufacturing guidelines
• Support Service Manager with vehicle information and guest communication
• Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area
• Perform manual tasks including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting as needed

Basic Qualifications:

• Previous guest service experience in automotive
• Valid driver's license
• Minimum age of 18
• No relocation offered
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in tire sales and automotive service sales

• Ability to analyze information, identify problems, and make decisions
• Ability to follow procedures and guidelines
• Availability to work 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays, depending on location
