U.S. Tsubaki Automotive, LLC is seeking an Automatic Assembly, Set Up & Operate operator to set up, run, adjust and changeover an automotive timing chain line. You will follow established work standards and use statistical quality control to maintain component and timing chain quality.

You will execute changeovers, aligns with schedules, and follow supervisor instructions. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, minor troubleshooting, recording data, and maintaining traceability

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• 2-5 Years of experience running multiple machines and performing preventative maintenance.
• Safety First mindset

• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must have good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to use material handling devices such as hand trucks, and hydraulic lift trucks.
• Basic Computer Skills.

Mansioni

• Perform preventive maintenance inspection before the start of each shift as outlined on the Preventive Maintenance Check Sheet.
• Apply oil or grease to specified areas and confirm operability of detectors.
• Perform a more comprehensive PM on the machines including oil changes.
• Troubleshoot chain assembly equipment and interpret alarm messages to correct issues.
• Monitor assembly line operations including roller link, chain assembly, riveting, pre-stressing, articulation checking, and more.
• Maintain production schedules, quality control records, chain assembly records, shipping charge numbers, and traceability records.
• Prepare test samples for quality control and record production data.
• Use machine-monitoring system to record downtime.
• Detect faulty operation or defective material and report issues to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety regulations.
• Perform other similar duties as required.
